Dr. Nelson Y. Howard uses a variety of cosmetic and restorative procedures to rebuild and enhance your smile. If you have a small areas of decay (cavity), Dr. Howard can used tooth-colored composite resins to the treat the cavity and restore your tooth to a natural-looking state. If you have a medium sized area of decay (cavity), Dr. Howard may recommend a procedure known as an inlay or an onlay, to treat the decayed area. Large cavities may require a full crown, which is a tooth-shaped restoration that completely covers, protects, and strengthens the tooth for the best long-term and cost-efficient benefit to you.
