Debra has been part of the dental field for more than seven years and joined Dr. Howard's Rancho Bernardo practice in 2012. She thrives on always having a variety of tasks to accomplish, which helps keep her focused. And meeting new people is a great perk, too!
She really loves being part of a practice that takes the time and makes every effort to value every single dental patient. Instead of focusing on a daily or monthly monetary goal, the focus remains on each patient as an individual, each with their own unique needs and concerns.
Debra currently makes her home in Valley Center with her husband and together they have five children. When not at work, she enjoys gardening, cooking, writing, making all-natural health and beauty products, and refurbishing furniture.
Karen has been part of the dental profession for over 35 years. She was educated as a Registered Dental Assistant at the San Diego College of Dental Assisting and graduated in 1981.
Karen is very happy to be working with Dr. Howard. She appreciates all of his extensive training and how he cares for all of his patients and staff.
Karen lives in Oceanside with her husband for more than 33 years. She has two adult children. She loves to camp with her family and reading a good book.
Nadia started at Dr. Howard's cosmetic and implant dental practice in 2010. She's been in the dental field for more than ten years, and stays up-to-date on dentistry through continuing education courses.
She loves the quality and care that comes from Dr. Howard for all their patients. She loves everyone's professionalism and how everyone works well together in a team. Nadia takes great pride in caring for all patients equally. She enjoys working in a place where she knows that every single patient is receiving quality dentistry.
Nadia enjoys reading books, family sports, and watching scary and action movies. She has three boys who keep her busy with school and sports. They are all active in lacrosse and football.
