Dr. Howard graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1986 and completed a one year General Practice Residency at the V.A. Medical Center in West Los Angeles in 1987. Dr. Howard's advanced training in Cosmetic, Functional, Implant, and Restorative dentistry gives his patients an added advantage in knowing their dental care will be of the highest standard possible and customized for their personal needs. Ever-mindful of individual concerns, he always uses total comfort treatment techniques.
