Appointments

Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. If you cannot keep your scheduled or confirmed appointment, we ask you give us at a minimum of 48-hour notice so that we will be able to fill your time slot. Otherwise our office policy is to charge a fee that helps cover the time missed.

We understand that at times a person's schedule may conflict at the last minute with their scheduled and reserved appointment with either Dr. Howard or his hygienist. Exceptions are made depending on your particular circumstances, but are less likely the less notice we are given or if someone fails to show for their appointment.
